A Screen with Multiple Questions Is Cut Off at the Bottom.

This is a rare problem and is usually caused by an unusual screen resolution. The long-term solution is to change your screen resolution to 1024 x 768 or higher. To save the current assessment:

1. Jot down the questions and answers on the screen.
2. Press Ctrl-Alt-S and choose Skip in the resulting screen.
3. Email MIDSA user support with the questions and answers and the Respondent Data file. We will add these responses to the response file and create a corrected report.
